How Its Made?

Our nutritionist creates each meal with intention. Our intention is to provide as much nutrient density and flavor as possible while providing low inflammatory, fiber and protein rich meals that are free of: dairy, soy, gluten, chemicals and preservatives. We use local ingredients as much as possible to support local farmers. Once the recipes are created, our professional chef steps in and creates each meal with flavor and texture profiles being key. Meals are homemade in our kitchen every day Monday-Friday.

Dairy Free

Dairy is one of the most inflammatory foods in our modern diet, second only to gluten. It causes inflammation in a large percentage of the population resulting in digestive issues such as: bloat, constipation, diarrhea, weight gain, acne, and joint pain. Two components of dairy that cause inflammation? The sugar (lactose) and the proteins in dairy. Casein is a protein with very similar molecular structure to gluten.

Soy Free

Soy, it turned out, contains estrogen-like compounds called isoflavones, in which findings suggested that these compounds could promote the growth to some cancer cells, impair female fertility, and mess with thyroid function. Soy phytoestorgens also disrupt endocrine function (yikes) and causes many uncomfortable side effects such as: nausea, constipation and bloating.

Gluten Free

Gluten contamination causes an inflammatory response in the body and it's name is actually derived from "these glue-like properties." When gluten reaches the digestive tract and is exposed to the cells immune system, they mistakenly believe that it is coming from some sort of foreign invader, like a bacteria. The immune reaction can cause degeneration of the intestinal wall, which leads to nutrient deficiencies, various digestive issues, anemia, fatigue, failure to thrive as well as increased risk of many serious diseases.
